Purchase
The registration fee of £395.00 is payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search (for overseas clients this fee is £500.00).

The initial search period is four months.

The success fee is 1% of the final purchase price and is payable upon completion.

Rental
The registration fee of £195.00 is payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search (for overseas clients this fee is £300.00).

The initial search period is two months.

The success fee is one months rent payable upon signing the rental agreement.

Other services are by separate agreement.
